Touch support varies by operating system

Windows generally provides the broadest ten-point touch path for these models when drivers and USB data are present. macOS does not natively turn an external monitor into a full touchscreen in the same way; manufacturer utilities may provide limited functions, but buyers should verify current support rather than assume Windows behavior.
