📜 A Brief History of Sticky Notes
The humble Post-it Note was invented entirely by accident in 1968 when 3M scientist Spencer
Silver was trying to create a super-strong adhesive. Instead, he created a 'low-tack' adhesive that could be
peeled off without leaving residue. It wasn't until 1974 that colleague Art Fry realized its potential for
bookmarking his church hymnal!
